
Sand Control Technology Simulation Testing System
FST sand control technology simulation testing system is the testing system developed by FST based on users' needs, and it is used for the performance test of mechanical sand control screen pipes and sand control effect assessment of gravel packing. It is designed to test the prevention and blocking effect of screen pipes with different sizes with respect to sands with different particle sizes under different flow, different sand contents and different particle sizes conditions; it can obtain major sand control data of various screen pipes in the test so as to understand whether the screen pipes have met the specification standards; the system also contributes to the performance testing and evaluation studies of newly developed technologies and products for sand prevention.
System Features:
It can conduct simulating tests of indoor sand prevention methods according to the sand prevention tools with actual specification;
It can detect sand control accuracy, anti-clogging performance, sand particle size and particle size distribution, etc. of a variety of sand prevention screen pipes;
It helps to comprehensively grasp the advantages and disadvantages of sand prevention tools by test and analysis, provides basis for the optimization and selection of sand prevention, and thus effectively guides the sand prevention design and the sand prevention construction operations on site.
