FST injection & production technology simulation testing system is suitable for conducting technology tests with respect to the stratified testing string, stratified injection string, stratified water shutoff string, stratified measure string and a variety of other down-hole combined strings. It can test the feasibility and rationality of string design, and it can also be used in the drilling, milling and grinding performance tests of down-hole tools so as to test the performance parameters of drilling, milling, grinding measure tools.

System Components:
The system consists of processing wellbore, large-diameter flow switching valve group, high-pressure pipe joints, high-pressure pumping set, low pressure pumping set, infusion pumping set, water storage tank (pot), onsite PLC console as well as remote PC data acquisition and processing, etc.

It can stimulate down-hole conditions and the actual technological process,and the test pieces are running entirely in the production environment;
