FST rotating blowout preventer control system is composed of blowout preventer cooling system, blowout preventer lubrication system and clamp fastening system. The system provides the rotatory control head in operation with control oil, lubricating oil and cooling circulation fluid so as to ensure the normal and smooth operation of rotatory control head; clamp fastening control system is designed for the clamping and releasing operations of hydraulic clamps. In addition,clamping and releasing of hydraulic clamps are achieved by controlling the manual direction valve.

It is used for control of rotatory blowout preventer, and achieves sealing control of drill pipe and kelly bar. In addition, it achieves rotation of drilling tools and conducts drilling operation under the required conditions of wellhead pressure;
Constant clamping control: clamp fastening system drives plunger pump through motor to pressurize oil medium, and maintains clamping pressure at a constant value with the integrated use of pressure switch and relief valve.
Monitoring of lubrication effect: hydraulic lubrication system motor drives the oil pump through a motor to pressurize, and supply oil lubrication to the lubrication chamber of blowout preventer. By monitoring the lubrication oil, it ensures the lubrication effect, and it also prevents the failure of equipment during drilling process.
Cycle control of liquid coolant: by the control of the automatic operation of centrifugal pump, it achieves the cycle control of liquid coolant, and ensures the cool down of blowout preventer;
Lubrication oil tank and cooling water tank are equipped with heating device to satisfy the use in winter.
